- Graduate Teaching Assistant (GTA), Oct 2021 - present
- Aided in the teaching of UG laboratories, teaching 1st year students: how to conduct experiments, the principle of remaining scientifically rigorous, how to write a lab report and the principle of Fourier analysis.
- MyTutor , May - Jul 2021
- Prepared and delivered 1-1 tutoring to children taking their GCSE’s in maths and science. Wrote numerous teaching materials and lesson plans in LaTeX.
- AWESoMeStars Researcher, June - Sep 2020
- Remotely worked with the AWESoMeStars research team on expanding current rotational evolutionary models to read in physical data (pandas), use statistical approaches (scipy & numpy) to define a kernel density estimation (KDE) and evolve this through time. Compared model data to known cluster Praesepe to determine its characteristics at inception. The work culminated in a written formal report for the ERC.
- Accounts Payable - specialising in VBA, June - Aug 2019
- Designed and implemented an error checking code comparing between supplier names and reference numbers, written in VBA, for the direct debit and AP team.
- Responsible for the oversee of a number of clients, managing expense claims, invoices and other legal documents.
- Liaised with branches and suppliers to resolve disputes and queries. Supported other team members where appropriate.
